Trust worthy, always on time, I’m a paraplegic and need my caregiver to do my changing my diapers, clothes, transporting me from bed to livinroom and fix my breakfast and lunch. She washes my clothes and puts them away. My caregiver is great and I’m very satisfied with their service.

I appreciate Viceroy so much because of all the home healthcare I’ve had, they actually care and work with me!

I have been exceptionally pleased with Viceroy home health for caring for my friend who I serve as a power of attorney and healthcare surrogate. Vanessa has been exceptionally helpful in terms of managing very complicated meds for my friend and she has provided  AIDES that were reliable and dependable, and she has been very flexible with regard to our changing needs. She also has worked at matching up her employees with my friend so that her needs not only get me, but it’s a pleasant experience  with whom she enjoys being.  The other thing that I find exceptionally encouraging is that Vanessa always answers her phone and makes herself available when you need her. Jean M. from Vicroy Home Health Care has been an excellent help for my husband. Jean has been a good companion to Bill. And thank goodness he’s strong enough to lift Bill into the chairs and shower. When Bills in the mood Jean will play cards and other games. Jean feeds Bill breakfast every morning. He’s a tremendous help and I am very grateful for him.

I don't know what we would have done without the help of Viceroy Home Health Services. My mother was suddenly released from rehab and with very short notice Viceroy was able to get my mother registered and signed up for services. Everyone we dealt with was professional and compassionate. They took very good care of my mother and never left her without assistance. They’re the ones to hire!
Viceroy hires employees to work with them, not contractor! That’s a huge difference if you’ve had to deal with home care companies!
Contractors are their own bosses and they usually do the least they can. The last 3 or 4 I had from Health Matters would not do a lick of cleaning and that’s what needed most.  The the contractors would quit after a few weeks and I went almost 2 years where no one would come!
Since Viceroy hires there own employees they have more control over what gets done.
They are compassionate, caring and intelligent and on top of things.
I’ve had 3 different home health care companies come into my home and this is the first time I’ve actually gotten a caregiver who really does their job!
I’ve never been so pleased with my caregiver as I am with Sommer Donar!
She’s hard working and kind and always has a smile on her face! She takes charge and gets it done!
I feel blessed to have her.
I can’t express enough for you to skip the others and go with Viceroy!
